Starting with Apple Business
How do you add devices?
You can add a new iPhone, iPad, MacBook or other Apple device that you bought at Coolblue to Apple Business and Device Enrollment right away. These devices are automatically added to your MDM during installation. Automated Device Enrollment is also available for devices you bought at Coolblue. How do you start with Apple Business?
Go through the following steps to make Apple Business ready for use:
- Go to business.apple.com and create an account.
- Connect your account to Coolblue's reseller ID: B4B0790 (the Netherlands/Belgium) or 8C1CFB0 (Germany)
- Connect your account to an MDM system. Our experts are happy to help you with this.
- Call 010 7988969, so Coolblue can complete your registration.
After this, you're ready to connect devices using Automated Device Enrollment.
When do you use Apple Configurator?
Some devices aren't automatically added to Apple Business via Automated Device Enrollment. Because they're bought via different channels, for example. You can still add certain iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple TV models to Apple Business yourself. You can use Apple Configurator for this. Our experts are happy to help.
