Where in Germany do you deliver packages?
We deliver packages all over Germany. We can arrive at your door tomorrow or the day after tomorrow for free. Depending on where you live, you have to order before 13:00, 15:00, 17:00, or 23:59 to receive the package tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. This is easy to check in the postal code checker. You can find this above the green button on the page of the product you selected. You can also find more information about our delivery per region on this page.
We only deliver large products like washing machines, fridges, and large televisions in Metropolregion Rhine-Ruhr, Hamm, Großraum Frankfurt, Hannover, and Hamburg. Depending on where you live, you need to order before 21:00 or 23:59 to receive your package tomorrow.
I really need my package on time, what can I do?
Do you live close to one of our stores in Düsseldorf or Essen? If your product is in stock in the store, this is the fastest way to get it. You can pick it up today. On the product page, you can see in which stores a product is in stock. Click the button 'Pick up in store'.
Do you also deliver abroad?
No, but Coolblue is also active in Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium. The website on which you order determines where we deliver.
- If you want to have your package delivered in Germany, you're already at the right place on Coolblue.de.
- If you want to have your package delivered in the Netherlands, go to Coolblue.nl and place your order there.
- If you want to have your package delivered in Belgium, go to Coolblue.be and place your order there.
Unfortunately, it's not possible to order a product on our Dutch or Belgian website and have it delivered in Germany.
What are the shipping costs for an order?
Delivery by DHL is free.
For the delivery of large products by CoolblueDelivers, there are a few options:
- Delivery between 7:30 and 17:00: possible delivery costs that you'll see when choosing the delivery day.
- Morning delivery between 7:30 and 12:00: from € 39, depending on the chosen day
- Afternoon delivery between 12:00 and 17:00: € 39, depending on the chosen day
How does the delivery work?
We'll deliver your package, except for Sundays and holidays. You can also choose a different delivery date on our website or at a later time via the DHL app. Depending on your region, you have to order before 13:00, 15:00, 17:00, or 23:59 to receive your package tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. You can easily check that in the postal code checker. You can find that in the top left on the website.
When will my package be delivered?
We'll deliver your package to your house, except for Sundays and holidays. When placing your order, you can choose a different delivery date if that suits you better. You'll receive an email with a Track & Trace as soon as we ship your package. You can see the current status and delivery time in there.
The delivery depends on your region. In some regions, you have to order before 13:00, 15:00, 17:00, or 23:59 to receive your package tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. In other regions, the delivery will take longer. You can easily check that in the postal code checker. You can find it on the product page, above the order button.
Does 'Ordered today, delivered tomorrow' still apply?
We’ll do everything we can to live up to our promise: ordered today, delivered tomorrow. Depending on your region, your package will be delivered tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. You can easily check this in the postal code checker. You can find this at the top left on the website. You'll receive a Track & Trace once we've shipped your package. Here, you can find the current status and delivery time.
Our delivery vans for large products like washing machines and televisions fill up quickly due to the large demand. When you place your order, you'll see the available delivery moments. Choose the moment that suits you best.
Can I also pick up my package at a DHL point?
Yes, choose a DHL point when you place your order. Is your package already on its way? You can notify DHL that you want it delivered at a DHL point. You'll receive an email when you can pick it up. You have 7 days to do so.
You can't pick up pre-orders at a DHL point. This also applies to large products like white goods and the largest televisions. While you place your order, you can see which delivery options are available for you.
Can I choose a time slot for the delivery of my product?
Small products delivered by DHL No, you can't choose an exact delivery time. You can choose a delivery date that suits you best. DHL delivers 6 days a week from 8:00 to 18:00. You'll receive an e-mail with a 90-minute time slot in which you can expect your package the morning of the delivery the latest. DHL will do its best to deliver your product within that time slot.
Large products delivered by Coolblue Did you order large household appliances or a large television? You can choose a 4-hour time slot for a fee. Depending on the chosen day and the time slot, this costs at least € 39. You can choose the time slot when you place the order. After planning the delivery, you can no longer change the time slot. You'll have the following options:
- Morning: delivery between 07:30 and 12:00
- Afternoon: delivery between 12:00 and 17:00
How do I recycle my old product?
There are several ways to return your old product to Coolblue.
Live close to one of our stores? You can return your product there. You can also hand it in at waste management. You don't need a box or shipping label for both options.
Return it at DHL
You can hand in your old product for free at a DHL location or with a DHL delivery driver. Follow these instructions so that your product will be returned to us in the right way.
How do you inform me about the delivery of my package?
As soon as we ship your order, Coolblue emails you a shipping confirmation with a Track & Trace code, so you can track your order. Always check this to be sure you have the latest delivery information.
In the morning of the delivery at the latest, DHL will send you a package notification via email with a 90-minute timeslot during which you can expect your package. DHL will do their best to delivery your product during this time slot.
