Our core values
Over the years, Coolblue develops into a rapidly growing e-commerce company. Time to think about what the company and its employees actually represent. In 2011, all Coolbluers write down the core values for the first time: friends, flexible, unconventional, and go for it.
A brand-new house style
This is paired with a new corporate identity: Coolblue blue, the orange dot, and of course the blue box. This house style is reflected everywhere, from our delivery bikes and vans to our work clothes and our website.
Customer journey agency
Coolblue keeps growing and becomes more than a tech company that sells things. In 2016, Coolblue launches its own delivery service: CoolblueDelivers. By offering a delivery service, Coolblue develops into a company in which we can design the process in the most customer-friendly way possible. We call this process a customer journey. From now on, Coolblue manages the entire customer journey, with our own customer service and our own delivery and installation service. That way, we can be certain that we do anything to make the customer happy.
Geographical expansion
In 2004, Coolblue takes its first international step, to Belgium. In 2020, Coolblue takes the next step: from then on, customers in North Rhine-Westphalia can order products with us. We continue to expand our services in Germany and since December 2020, the whole of Germany can order products with us.
