The Coolblue delivery service
You can get all products on our websites delivered in the following delivery areas
The good news first: Coolblue already delivers everywhere in Germany, but not all products. Our customer satisfaction is our top priority, which is why we're gradually expanding our delivery area. We're focusing on North Rhine-Westphalia, Frankfurt, and Hanover for now, but will soon expand to other regions. That's why we currently deliver everything except large household appliances throughout Germany. This isn't yet the case for large packages. We'll continue to expand delivery area every year. Right now, we can offer our customers the following service.
Small packages: delivered anywhere free of charge
Want to order a product that fits in a small package? With our free standard delivery for packages, you'll receive your new smartphone, laptop, or kitchen machine within 1 to 2 working days.
Medium-sized products: delivered in 1 to 5 days
Is your cooktop broken or is it time for a new one? The following applies to North Rhine-Westphalia, the greater Frankfurt area, and Hanover: ordered today, delivered tomorrow. In the greater Frankfurt area, the following applies: ordered before 21:00 today, delivered tomorrow. In other regions, we deliver in 2 to 5 working days.

Currently, we only deliver the following white goods products and televisions to North Rhine-Westphalia, the greater Frankfurt area, and Hanover:

While Coolblue has been around for over 20 years in the Netherlands, we've been operating in Germany since July 2020. That's why we take everything step by step and make our delivery promise dependent on your delivery address. This way, we make sure that the delivery goes smoothly. Because we do anything for a smile at Coolblue, we have our own delivery network in North Rhine-Westphalia, the greater Frankfurt area, and Hanover: CoolblueDelivers. In these regions, our delivery drivers bring your product to your home in the blue delivery van and install it for you right away if necessary. That way, you get everything from a single source.
