In addition to the Urban and Classic barbecues, you can choose a VX kamado for The Bastard Medium and Large barbecues. With the new steel underframe, bamboo side tables, and improved hand grip, the VX line is an improved version of the original The Bastard barbecues. You can keep an eye on the temperature more easily thanks to the improved air ventilation grids and black thermometer. The improved hinge in the lid makes the lid of the The Bastard VX easier to lift.
Multilevel Cooking System
With the Multilevel Cooking System, you can grill dishes at different heights. Place your vegetables further away from the fire than your meat, for example. You can also replace the grill racks with other accessories, like a drip pan, plate setter, or pizza stone. Using a wok on your The Bastard? Turn the Multilevel Cooking System over to turn it into a holder for your pan.
Solo or Complete
The difference between a The Bastard Solo and a The Bastard Complete is the included underframe. You can get started right away with a Complete as the underframe is included. You have to place The Bastard Solo barbecues in an underframe yourself. Without an underframe, you can't use these barbecues. You place the barbecue in a self-made outdoor kitchen or grill table, for example.
