This Beurer BM 58 is a good, secure blood pressure monitor. The display is very clear. The large numbers can be read even by people with poor eyesight. With the two memory functions, data of two people can be stored. It is also possible to manage the data via the computer. To do this, you must download the Beurer "Health Manager" software. I haven't done this yet, but I will as soon as I have the cuff size L. Because: this Beurer BM 58 comes standard with a cuff for an arm circumference of 22 to 30 cm, size M. Just the right size for my husband. I need size L (arm circumference 30 to 42 cm), so I have to order it separately. Too bad you don't have the choice whether you want a standard cuff or a large.
