The FA-CS1M is a hot shoe adapter for Sony cameras with a multi interface hot shoe. The adapter has room for a 4-pin synchronization cable. This allows you to control an external flash while maintaining the eTTL measurement. In addition, there is also a connection for a multi interface connection on the hot shoe adapter.
