Unclear manual

I specifically bought this device because the brand is quite well regarded and because of the extra functions such as moisture and fat measurement, the low-power Bluetooth communication with smartphone, but also the absence of, in my opinion, pointless functions on a scale such as heart rate and CO2 concentration. It is a pretty nice device with a clear display. There was a fairly large sticker on the scale that left a lot of glue residue after removal. When reading the manual it is immediately clear that the support for Android devices is not as I had hoped. The app for Android is simply a link to Beurer's HealthManager mobile website. Fortunately I still have a recent iPad, otherwise there is no way to create users on the scale to which the measurement data is linked. The app on Ipad (or IOS) looks pretty good but could be more user-friendly; For example, I haven't found a way to create multiple users yet. According to the manual, the scale does support multiple users, but presumably all those users must all have a separate Ipad or Iphone ... which makes it an expensive scale. Furthermore, I have not yet succeeded in uploading the measurement data via the Ipad to the Healthmanager portal, which makes the Healthmanager website or software pretty useless unless you enter the data manually.

So for Android users definitely not recommended unless you are satisfied with only the scale functions, but there are cheaper devices for that, also from this brand. Even for IOS users I would advise against it because of the poor implementation of the IOS app and the link with the Healthmanager software.
