I was looking for a bag that would allow me to carry my cameras + lenses safely with any airline. I already had 2 other lowepro bags in my possession, including the ProRunner 450AW. A nice bag with a very good wearing comfort, but too big for many airlines. After a long search, only a few options remained, including the ThinkTank Airport Essentials. However, this costs 200 euros and then the Lowepro Photo Classic BP 300 AW is a lot more affordable. (Without doing much for it).
My Canon 6D and 7D MKII with 70-200mm 2.8L attached fit perfectly in it. The 6D or without lens attached. In addition, a flash and a 17-40mm & 50mm 1.8. There is no space left, but that ensures that everything is tight and therefore does not move while you walk around with it.
