Delivery: on request on Tuesday evening. Well organized as always. Unpacking: Handy device. Immediately ready for use after removing the 2 transport screws. Use: The massage heads do their job well. Adjust the neck massage heads with the rotary knob at the correct height and start massaging. For the back massage heads: sit straight back. We use it on our couch. Can be done very well. The great thing about this device is that you can have all functionalities work at the same time. That is not the case with all devices. The heat functionality also works well. Also the acupuncture functionality ..... at first thought yeah right .... how does that work ..... but gosh what a separate massage is that say under the buttocks / legs and side of your lower back. This acupuncture functionality has 3 positions. Low, medium and high......you really should try the high variant! What a power in such a massager and for a very nice price at Coolbue (and I checked some sites!). Weight: slightly heavier than the average massage devices .... but this also immediately shows the solidity of this chair. Storage: The massager is easy to put away. Plastic cover is recommended to reuse when you clean it up. Everything stays together nicely (cords etc). Put away vertically.
