I have to lie dead still somewhere, not allowed to move or the contact is broken and the signal goes out. Every time I have to reset it from 0 to a higher level. If this would happen once in a while, ok, but now it is really very often, which makes the effect very disappointing! I would also like to use this device during activities such as cooking, working on the laptop, ... But this is ABSOLUTELY NOT possible, I am not allowed to move or it falls out. As a result, I again have to look for a more user-friendly tens device. A real shame. (After all, it costs some money...)
