I was so happy when I received the suitcase: really a picture! Long doubted the price/quality ratio and finally decided that a suitcase lasts for years and a good suitcase is worth the investment.

I have to come back from that now, after using it once. On the outward journey, the suitcase had to be carried in the hold because of a full flight. The case came back dented and completely scratched, with a slight misalignment in one wheel. Also, fabric on the inside was found to be torn at the seam.

In my opinion, suitcases should be able to withstand the violence that takes place at an airport. However, the disappointment was great when the case came off the tire: due to the metallic shine look, the deep large scratches are extra visible.

A suitcase gets dents, scratches and stains during use, which also gives it character. But the suitcase already looked after a flight, as if it had been in use for years. I think that's a shame, in my opinion price and quality do not match.
