When unpacking the hand steamer it turned out that there were 3 types of brushes included and a hand brush so that you can use the steamer for different things. How the separate hand brush should be used exactly is not stated anywhere in the manual.
I also noticed that the steamer is quite heavy even without a filled water reservoir. What is nice is that you can use it according to the manual with normal tap water and occasionally descale it with vinegar-water 50/50. That saves a lot of hassle with storing the water from the dryer or buying demineralized water. I did notice that limescale builds up relatively quickly on the iron.
I had a whole pile of delayed laundry because I hate ironing so much. Then I have to pick up the board again, extension cord, let the iron heat up, etc. Now just put the hand steamer in the socket, which is no problem because there is a very large cord so I don't have to take an extension cord. Press the power button and within 40 seconds it is warm and ready to use. I forgot to fill the small reservoir but that was no problem, it didn't have to heat up again afterwards.
I started with the clothes on the hanger on the door hanger. It is sometimes difficult to leave the small on the pendant. You still want to pull your clothes tight so as not to get creases in it, but my blouse slipped off the hanger up to 4 times. The edges of my blouse also proved difficult to get tight. I haven't developed any skills in this yet. But it is tight enough to put on the blouse immediately.
My friend was also able to do it himself within 30 sec instructions. With cotton it only appears that the clothing becomes slightly damp and cannot be worn immediately. So it's better to steam the clothes, brush your teeth or do your hair and only then put your clothes on.
If you pile up your laundry and are procrastinating like me, a handheld steamer doesn't add much when you want to get rid of that pile. Then it is as fast as an iron. But if you just hang the clothes away unironed and want to get them tight just before you want to put them on, the hand-held steamer is ideal. No hassle with shelf or extension cord. Just hang up, steam, do hair and put on.
I've tried different types of clothes and for everything it works great with the two different modes. I even steamed my second-hand hat so it's clean and fresh again. This also seems to be a useful device for the bank.
The hand-held steamer is very hot and therefore just as dangerous (for children) as an iron.
The turbo mode is ideal. Within 3 minutes you have a blouse ready for use.
It remains heavy, so I can imagine that it is not a user-friendly device for people with disabilities or the elderly.
