With the Wahoo TICKR Fit Heart Rate Monitor Arm Band Black, you can measure your heart rate via your arm. I use it during indoor cycling and in fitness (strength training). Connection with zwift via apple tv, computer (bluetooth) works flawlessly and at the same time a connection with my Garmin (ant). Ditto for connection with iPhone, where I use the Wahoo fitness app. Battery life timed at 27.5 hours, certainly comes close to the target of 30 hours. Certainly more than enough for indoor sessions. I let the Wahoo run in parallel with my Garmin chest strap for a few sessions, exactly the same heart rate, only the Wahoo has a delay of 1 to 2 seconds. Where with the chest strap sweating during indoor cycling meant that I no longer had a heart rate measurement after a while, this problem does not exist with the Wahoo. I use the bracelet on the top of my forearm, it fits well there, it takes some getting used to for the first time, but you quickly forget that it is there. Even during strength training in the fitness, no problems. For me this is a good investment. The ease of use, the simultaneous connection with Zwift and Garmin are ideal.
