Bought this steam cleaner especially for cleaning the bathroom and these are the results; NOISE! A LOT OF NOISE! Hearing damage is guaranteed without earplugs! During the cleaning, Schiphol even called if it could be a little quieter! In addition, the thing does not do what the reviews would have you believe; mold in your joints just stays and if you have limescale and you go over it with the steam cleaner then you have .... warm limescale. Nothing else. You can scrub with the supplied brushes (after two scrubs, the brush actually needs to be replaced), but if I want to scrub, I use a scouring pad and soapy water. The window wiper is made of such soft rubber that it cannot withstand heat very well and leaves black stripes behind... In addition, the biggest annoyance is the capacity of the boiler, that of a Senseo is more powerful. After 15 warm ups, the machine is ready and you can steam for 10 seconds with power, then another 20 seconds with less enthusiasm and then the spunk is gone. The machine will then heat up again and after 1.5 minutes you can clean again for 10-30 seconds. So out of every two minutes you are nixing 1.5 minutes. Now I am a civil servant myself but even I find this inefficient. It is incomprehensible that CoolBlue does not sell this steam cleaner in combination with a handsome ereader, at least you can do something useful.
