Dodow Sleep Aid

I've been using it for a few weeks now. It's amazing how something so simple can do so much in such a short time. When I wake up at night, I also use it to fall back asleep quickly. I know that breathing exercises help the body to rest, but focusing on the light is better than focusing on yourself.

I often recommend this device as a sleep therapist and as a heart coherence coach. This way you can focus on a slower calm breathing that calms your body. By shifting your focus from worrying to the light and your breathing, this works very well. If not immediate result start cardiac coherence.

Voordeel van het product is dat je makkelijk ontspant. Ik had twijfel bij het blauwe licht, maar uiteindelijk worden je ogen in de praktijk inderdaad heel moe en willen op een gegeven moment dicht vallen. Dus fysiek word je inderdaad moe. Echter, wanneer je nog steeds druk bent in je hoofd, lig je uiteindelijk nog steeds wakker. Dus voor mij alsnog niet de ultieme oplossing. Bediening vind ik niet makkelijk, omdat het werkt op "druk" en geen knoppen heeft.
