The wooden shelves in this wine fridge cannot be adjusted to different positions, which is a problem because for the top two shelves it is barely possible to squeeze even a normal sized wine bottle in. Forget any oversized bottles, sparkling wines and so on! The solution is to remove one or more of the shelves completely - only then will you manage to fill this fridge to its stated capacity of 30 bottles. It should be noted that considerable heat is generated on both of the outside sides of the fridge, when it is working hard. You wouldn't want to put anything within 10cm or so. I checked the internal temperature of the fridge (top and bottom), and it is wildly different to the built-in temperature display. In most cases, the fridge will be 3-5C warmer than stated. So with it set to the coolest temperature (6C), the best you can hope for is 9C Difference between the top and bottom of the fridge is about 1-2C.
