Based on this, you can improve your sports performance and set your goals. You can see the sports watch as your digital coach. Based on your fitness and previous workouts, you can set up a 7-day training program to improve your fitness. During the day, the smartwatch measures your heart rate, sleep rhythm, and stress level, among other things. You also receive notifications from apps, incoming calls, and messages.
