For that price you can't expect to come close to the good old Technics MK2 of course, that wasn't why I bought it either. But the build quality is a bit disappointing. Very lightly built (and light is never good with turntables) and the tonearm is just a sad thing with no lock or adjustable height,... For a novice DJ or like me to digitize vinyl a little more easily, it is certainly sufficient, but DJs who are already a bit used to it will really give this an insufficient. The supplied (ortofon) needle is okay. Unfortunately, it arrived damaged, but with a tip of Concorde that I still had lying around, that was quickly remedied. Still... not impressed :)
