I am currently using the JBL Quantum 800 for 3 weeks. I play a lot of games where it is important that the sound is good, that I can hear my friends well and that my friends can hear me well too. It is therefore also important that the microphone is good. I was looking forward to using the headset and I was very curious about the multiple features that the headset has such as the noise canceling. The headset can be connected directly from the packaging to the dongle that comes with the headset. By pressing the bluetooth button on the side of the headset you will hear a tone and your headset is connected. Immediately the noise canceling is activated, all noise and background noise is muted and the playing can start. Compared to my old headset, this headset is wireless and this is a good feature. It's handy not to have to worry about the wire when, for example, you go to grab a drink or have to get away from your computer for a while. After a day and a half of use, the headset had to be charged, charging only took 2 hours, but you can't use the headset in the meantime. When I played a team oriented game I heard all the sounds very well but it is also important that you can be heard well. I was very sorry to hear from my friends that the microphone of this headset is a bit less compared to my old headset. You come across well, but it often sounds a bit dull and you have to adjust a lot in the setting. The headset from JBL is beautiful in design and feels good. The sound is clear and the noise canceling is a plus. It is also nice that it is a wireless headset. It's just a shame that the microphone isn't at the same level. The battery lasts a long time, at least 12 hours, but I usually charge it quickly in between, so I don't know how long it lasts exactly.

However, I found the sound for music to be less, the headset has no music presets, and stereo and manual settings sounded the best to me. However, you can create your own profile, so switching between games/music is not difficult, but I regretted that I had to set this up manually first. However, this is the only drawback I could find for this headset. Sound in games, 7.1, voices etc, were a pleasure for the ear :)
