According to our camera bag expert
The Lowepro Pro Trekker RLX 450 AW II Gray is a camera carry-on suitcase and backpack in one. When you take a lot of stuff and the bag is really heavy, you can use the wheels to transport the bag. Slide-in the handle to carry it as a backpack with the shoulder straps again. You can bring an SLR camera or mirrorless camera with 5 lenses and a flash in the backpack. With the dividers, you can organize the Pro Trekker RLX 450 AW II according to your own liking. That way, you can take safely bring your camera equipment while traveling. The included gearbox ensures that you can neatly store your accessories, like batteries, cables, and chargers. That way, they aren't loose in your bag. In the front compartment, you can put your laptop up to 15 inches and tablet of up to 10 inches. Thanks to the splash proof fabric and the included rain cover, your equipment won't get wet when you walk in the rain.

After an evening of testing and comparing with the think Tank Streetwalker Rolling Backpack V2.0, my conclusion is that the Lowepro has a little less space, is a little less beautiful (a bit bulky), has a clumsy system to store the carrying straps… but for me is better than the Think Tank because carrying as a backpack is much, much more comfortable with the Lowepro. The Lowepro hangs wonderfully on your back while the Think Tank irritates after a minute due to the placement of the carrying straps. But for those who only sporadically use their camera bag as a backpack, I would recommend the Think Tank. Storing the carrying straps is a bit inconvenient, especially if you change a lot from rollers to backpack. Easy to solve by attaching the carrying straps to the carrying arm with the chest strap, then the carrying straps no longer drag on the ground when rolling.
