Control the heat with the intuitive slider technology. Simply adjust the cooking level via the touchscreen. Then you can lock the display. This is a good idea when your kids like helping you in the kitchen. Do you like baking? You can melt chocolate without using a pan of boiling water, thanks to the melting function.
