Use the Kettler Nova P elliptical to stay fit with the entire household. You can create up to 4 user profiles to save your personal training data. During your next training, you'll see your progress. You can choose between 16 resistance levels and 12 pre-set programs. That way, you're challenged enough both as a beginner athlete and as an experienced athlete. During the workout, you see the different training data on the built-in screen, including your heart rate and energy consumption. Do you want to place the Nova P back in the corner of the room after your workout? You can easily roll it away thanks to the transport wheels.
