This feature is of no use to me at the moment. The stealth mode is an interesting shortcut, but it can also be set manually (and quickly) on the non-tactical version. You can convert the GPS coordinates from (n-w and m-s) to eg MGRS. There is also an option to view both together. The Garmin tactical also features shortcuts to clear all data at a glance. Great... but these can still be read from the watch (missing a computer). This made the choice to go for the "standard" version. in the beginning I thought what a hassle .... complicated ... but after 10 min everything points its own way. Super user-friendly device, with a very good battery. Also shock resistance (even when using firearms with a somewhat heavy caliber) is no problem at all. Water resistant? Check, for sure, up to 100m. What is less good for me personally: the strap, but there are enough solutions for this. Am I going to keep up with the Garmin?
