Both sizes of plugs don't close well in my ears, so they itch very quickly, the sound sounds weak and the noise canceling works poorly. The only reason I know how good the earphones are is that I tried the tips from the CX on these earphones before returning the CX, it worked completely and then the earphones are 10/10. But now I don't have these caps and I'm stuck with the bad sizes.
