I am very happy with this flask. I have my hands free and enough milk is expressed. The only pity is that if you really want to walk around with it, it is not really hands-free. It would have been nice if there was a clip on it so you can fasten it or a longer cord to hang around your neck, for example. But nevertheless I am very happy with it, definitely recommended!
