I feel cheated by Razer. This is the 3rd Razer Kraken headset I have purchased. The first two were of decent metal quality. this is a plastic cheap feeling product. Doesn't look anything like its 2 predecessors. In addition, you have to purchase additional software to have an EQ. Scandalous!
