I use the projector on a white wall in my living room. I have it about 4 meters away and the image is quite large. The image is very clear, sharp and beautiful with the curtains closed or when it is dark in the evening. During the day with the curtains open, the image disappears due to the ambient light.
First I tried to put the Chromecast directly in the projector and send the sound from the projector to my sound system, but the projector does not seem to support Dolby Digital Plus, which Netflix uses for 5.1 surround sound. That is why I now have the Chromecast in an audio video splitter that only passes the video signal to the projector. The projector does support normal Dolby Digital, which is sufficient for YouTube's surround sound, in case you are wondering why that works.
