Great fryer! The two baskets are plenty big and very handy for preparing different things. We're very happy with it; we made a savory pie, gyoza, crispy baby potatoes, and vegetables. The extra crisp works like a charm. I put it on my countertop for easy use and added rubber baskets for less cleaning.
