With the ELO Duo Vital Cast Aluminum + Steam Insert, you can prepare various healthy dishes in 1 pan. Thanks to the included steam insert, you can steam your fish or vegetables above the moisture. That way, they retain their taste and vitamins better. The glass lid has an aroma button that allows you to easily add liquids while cooking, without lifting the lid. That's useful when you make sauces or stews, for example. The holes increase the contact surface with the induction cooktop, so the pan heats faster and more evenly. Because you can turn down the fire or the induction cooktop, you consume less energy. You can use the pan on all heat sources, also on induction. That way, it's easier to continue cooking your dishes in the oven.
