With the ELO CUBUS Multifunctional Pan 24cm, you can grill all your favorite ingredients. The included grill plate gives meat or vegetables a nice grill structure, while it drains grease. That way, you can prepare a meal with less fat, without losing flavor. With the steam insert, you can steam finish or vegetables above the cooking liquid. That way, it retains the minerals and structure better. The glass lid has an aroma button to easily add liquids. As a result, you don't have to lift the lid during cooking. That's useful for stews if you want to add some stock. You can use the pan on all heat sources, also on induction.
