Suitable for any living room
The QD mini-led screen makes the C81K suitable for any room. Behind the screen are thousands of small LED lights that dim or illuminate individually. In direct sunlight, I hardly see any reflections, colors are realistic and dark parts of the image are deep black. In a scene with fireworks, every color shade appears on the screen and I don't see a gray glow around the light sources. So do you have a living room with a lot of natural light or do you have a lot of lamps? Then I definitely recommend the C81K.
Very good sound
The TCL C81K has built-in Bang & Olufsen speakers and subwoofers. This makes the sound realistic and deep, especially when compared to the speakers of other televisions. I can hear every detail of a film or series. Even at higher volumes, I find the sound realistic. If you are a film lover, then a separate sound system such as a soundbar is still recommended. Do you not watch that many films or series, or do you mainly play games with headphones? Then the speakers of the C81K are more than sufficient.
Luxurious design
Compared to the TCL C61K and C71K, the C81K has a more luxurious appearance. The TV stands on one foot and has a beautiful brushed metal finish. The foot is somewhat heavier than the 2 feet of the C61K, but is just as easy to attach. The material not only looks luxurious, but also feels sturdy and reliable. I would take this TV with me without any worries when moving.
