Description

You can stay focused and you learn a lot about your health and lifestyle with the WHOOP 5.0 Peak Black screenless health and fitness tracker. You get extensive insight into your sleep, recovery, and movement every day. The WHOOP doesn't have a screen. You can find all your data in the WHOOP app on your smartphone. You get an overview of the most important readings with the Health Monitor, such as your heart rate variability and saturation. The WHOOP Coach gives you an overview of your night and provides tips for a workout, for example. Thanks to Health Span, you know what your fitness age is and you can see which daily habits affect that age. The tracker lasts up to 14 days on a full charge without charging in between. You can adjust the included nylon wrist band yourself, so it fits around every wrist.

Note: WHOOP Peak is a yearly subscription. After a year, the subscription renews automatically. You then pay the subscription costs again.
