Register for the ASUS Reliability program

You're about to register your new ASUS laptop for the ASUS Reliability program. With this ASUS Reliability program, you're guaranteed to get your money back in case of a technical defect during the first year. The product will also be repaired under the warranty and without costs by the ASUS service center. You'll get your money back and you'll have a working product. Follow the 3 steps below to become eligible for a refund via the ASUS Reliability program.

You register your ASUS laptop within 15 days of purchase via asusreliability.com. The purchase date counts as day 1. You upload your Coolblue invoice to prove the purchase date and to become eligible for this program. The products eligible for this are all new ASUS notebooks (including convertible laptops, 2-in-1 laptops, and Chromebook models). It's possible to register the products up to 30 December 2019.

Is there a technical defect? Go to the ASUS technical support website (www.asus.com). On this website, you can report the defects and schedule a repair. Are the repairs finished? Go to the ASUS Reliability website (www.asusreliability.com) to claim the refund of the purchase price.

Has your ASUS product been repaired following a technical defect between 8 and 365 days after the purchase date? Request a refund of the purchase price via the ASUS Reliability website within 30 days of the repairs. You'll need to upload the proof of repair and the report of the repair center. Within 30 days after your request has been approved, you'll be refunded via bank transfer.
