• You'll have held a full customer conversations.
• The conversation starts when you just called the customer and they walk up to you.
• You welcome the customer and start the customer conversation.
• The conversation stops when you suggest a specific model.
• You then get feedback on the customer conversation you had.
• This part takes about 5 minutes.
