On an Intel motherboard, you can place processors made by Intel. These are usually socket 1151 motherboards and socket 1155 motherboards. The motherboards are made by different manufacturers, but are equipped with Intel chipset. You can choose which processor that is. If you do demanding tasks on the computer, choose an i9 or an i7. If you do average or less demanding tasks on a computer, such as word processing, choose an i5 or an i3 processor. The higher the number after the i, the faster the processor is and the more difficult the tasks you can perform with the PC.
