Where do you deliver packages in Germany?
We deliver packages everywhere in Germany. We can already be at your doorstep tomorrow for free! Depending on the region where you live, you have to place your order before 13:00, 15:00, 17:00, or 23:59 to receive your package the next day or the day after that. You can check which time applies to you with the postal code checker. You can find this above the green button on the page of the product you've selected.
Can I order on credit online?
Yes, you can. You have to have been registered with the commercial register for at least 1 year. Contact Coolblue Business for a credit request. This request takes about 1 working day. As soon as your credit request is approved, you can place online orders on credit. This way, you can also easily place an order in the weekend or evening. We also offer the option to order VAT-free in some cases.
How do I request a quote?
Contact Coolblue Business for a personalized quote. Call us at 0211 8197 3535 or send your request to geschaeftlich@coolblue.de. Quotes can be requested from € 3000 and a minimum of 2 products. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:30.
What are the return requirements?
You can register your return within 30 days after you received the product. After that, you get another 14 days to send your product back for free. You have 2 options: 1) exchange your product for another one for free, 2) return your product for free and get a refund. Isn't the Track & Trace right on the day of delivery? How can I change my invoice?
Send an email to geschaeftlich@coolblue.de and state your order number and what you want to change in your invoice. This is possible up to 30 days after the date on your invoice. You'll receive an adjusted credit invoice in your mailbox from us within 3 working days. As a result, your current invoice will expire.
Can I order products without VAT?
No. Coolblue always invoices with German VAT. If your company is liable for VAT, this VAT can be reclaimed via the VAT return. In a few select cases, we don't charge VAT, or we transfer the VAT to you. For example, if you're in possession of a valid German VAT number and place an order for more than € 5000 per type of goods (mobile phones, computer chips, tablets, or gaming consoles).
