Coupa Supplier Portal

Coupa & Coupa Supplier Portal

With the Coupa purchasing software, we work transparently, quickly, and efficiently with our suppliers and improve the purchase-to-pay process.

We work together with suppliers and buyers via the Coupa Supplier Portal, which is a cloud-based platform. As a supplier, you receive the Purchase Orders from Coolblue via the Supplier Portal. Give confirmation of receipt. You can also create invoices by 'flipping' the Purchase Order. You can exchange comments on orders and invoices in real time and follow the current status.

If we're going to work together, you'll receive an invitation from Coolblue for the Coupa Supplier Portal.

How do I register to work with Coolblue via the Coupa Supplier Portal?

If you're already a Coolblue supplier, you can email us your email address and name via finasupport@coolblue.nl. We'll then send you an invitation. If we don't work together yet, you can contact procurement@coolblue.nl.

Are there additional costs associated with the Coupa Supplier Portal?

No. This portal is free to use.

Do you need to download software to use the Coupa Supplier Portal?

No, you only need an internet connection and an email account.

What's the Coupa Supplier Portal?

The Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP) is a cloud-based platform specifically designed for buyers and suppliers to collaborate. The CSP allows suppliers to update their business information, manage catalogs, view purchase orders, and check transaction status without having to contact the Accounts Payable department.

How can you change your company information?

You can change it via your profile in the Coupa Supplier Portal.
