How long can I rent an Apple product?
You can get a rent contract for 6, 12, 24, or 36 months. This depends on how much you want to pay per month.
What happens when the rental period expires?
When your rental period is over, you'll receive an offer for a contract with a new device. You'll hand in the old product, so you can always work with the latest Apple devices.
How long will the application take?
Applying for a rental contract takes about a week. We'll call you to discuss your application. You then receive a link to the topi portal. You can approve the quote there. topi will perform a credit check and your Apple product will be delivered for free.
How much warranty do I get?
You get a standard 2-year warranty from Coolblue. Want to extend that warranty? You can easily add topi Care for your business Apple devices. This also insures unforeseen damage, like if you spill coffee over your laptop.
What conditions do I have to meet to use Apple Financial Services?
You have to be based in Germany. Other than that, it doesn't matter how long your company exists or how many products you rent. There also isn't a minimum amount.
