This is a combination of use in standby, with sleep tracking and 6 hours of GPS use (walking, cycling,..). Brilliant battery! I bought this watch largely because I didn't want a touchscreen. Using the five buttons takes some getting used to, but works fine. The screen is easy to read in direct sunlight, in the dark you can only read it when the backlight is on. This can be operated via a button or with a twist of your wrist (you have to turn it on in the settings). My scary point about the screen is that it is a bit small for the size of the watch case.
