Nice solid combi oven, easy to operate. The oven is preheated very quickly, and continuously shows you the current temperature of the oven. You can also see how hot the oven is while it is cooling.

Baking food in the oven is very fast with the fan/grill option. Feel free to take a minute off the preparation time of a pizza. A world of difference with the cheaper combi ovens.

There is no option to use only hot air, but the grill isn't set very high in this setting either. I have honestly not prepared a dish where this was a problem. Setting the oven 10-20 degrees less hot also works fine.
