(Grandma didn't see them at all). 2.There is no simple Quickstart button. you have to operate at least 4 buttons to start the microwave. Even the mode button has to be set to microwave every time to use it. 3.We chose this one mainly because it had a larger capacity (50L) than all the others and our old 40L. However, that extra space is of no use at all because there are removable guide racks that take up so much space that the baking tray was even smaller in our case.
I think Samsung came up with the removable rack because you can easily clean it in the dishwasher, but then you still have the side of your microwave that you have to clean, so they could have processed the guide better in the side wall.
