The previous home cinema system I had gave up the ghost after a few years. After a few weeks on sound from my Sony TV, I decided to purchase a soundbar. The sharp sound coming from the TV speakers was not pleasant.

The soundbar was easy to connect thanks to the included optical cable. You can place the subwoofer wherever you want in your living room. No hassle with cables.

The sound is quite okay. Not exaggerated, but balanced and clean. Thanks to the 'voice' function, voices come through better and you don't always have to turn up the volume to understand everything properly. Music via Bluetooth is very pure and pleasant.

A minus is the fact that you have another remote control with you, and you can only control the sound of the soundbar with it. The plastic housing feels a bit like comb size and looks good.

Great set, makes watching a movie just that little bit more fun, especially because of the subwoofer. The standard boxes of the TV were also pretty good, but they lacked some power.

The speakers only seem to really wake up at a little more volume.
