According to our mouse expert
The Corsair Glaive Gaming RGB Pro Mouse is for the virtual shooting pleasure. The wired mouse has a maximum DPI of 18,000 making you very accurate. With the 3 included thumb grips and the CORSAIR iCUE software you can adjust the mouse to your own needs and wishes. You give all 7 buttons your own function, so that you have an advantage over your opponents. The institution profiles that you create are stored on the GLAIVE, giving you access to the profiles you have created everywhere. The RGB colors can also be adjusted and therefore fit perfectly with your setup.

In the meantime I have been using this mouse for several months.
I'm a fan of RGB (don't hate me for it!) and after some research, Corsair turned out to be the best on the market, with all their products with RGB compatible with each other.
The mouse feels quite solid and looks good quality. I personally think that you 'feel' the quality, thoroughness. I think the design is very nice, even nicer than their more recent mice.
Thanks to the DPI buttons, you can use several levels in quick succession, which is useful in certain games but just as good for multimedia editing such as Photoshop. Unfortunately, the DPI buttons stick out quite high and this is (for me) the biggest disadvantage of this mouse... I've had several times that I accidentally touch the DPI buttons, which can of course be annoying. What is positive is that you can select no less than 5 levels and thanks to the software you can preset the DPI scale.
Corsair's software is just pure gold (although there is always room for improvement or additions :) ). In terms of RGB you can indulge yourself because each zone can be set as you want. Individual colors, special effects, etc. are all possible. You can choose from pre-programmed profiles, but just as well experiment with color and effects yourself. Software is regularly updated. There is also a chip in the mouse where you can store a profile in hardware. When you're not in your O.S. (and therefore software not yet started) the RGB will already burn thanks to the hardware profile. Also useful if you connect the mouse to another PC without the Corsair software.
Personally, I find the mouse a bit on the heavy side, but just right for me. Ergonomically good, but I think it could be even better. Of course, a lot depends on your hand size... this mouse is more aimed at people with larger hands. And no, you don't have to be The Hulk to master this ;)
The thumb grips/rests are also a cool addition. I doubt whether it really takes away a lot of stress from the thumb, but it is still pleasant that it is on and adjustable (3 different models).
The scroll wheel turns well, not too loose and not too stiff. Just good. It also clicks nicely without having to press hard. Thanks to the rubber tire profile you have a good grip, but the disadvantage is that it easily absorbs dirt. The scroll wheel is not clickable sideways unfortunately. Not a disaster, but that function is useful in Photoshop, for example. Oh well, you can't want everything at once, can you?
USB cable is braided and will therefore not break easily as sometimes occurs with solid rubber cables. Length is more than good. Small downside: the cable is not detachable, which I have seen with other mice. So if you break it, it cannot be replaced (unless you are a handy Harry). But that's nitpicking :)
Price may always be less of course, but it is correct in this price range for what you get. Corsair may be a bit on the expensive side, but the quality is okay I think. Just like the software there is unfortunately no Linux support which is very unfortunate.
Are you a fan of RGB? Do you want quality and a really decent mouse? Then choose this Corsair Glaive PRO! I don't think you will regret it.

You can adjust it according to speed, is ergonomically good in the good, fine changing lighting, in short, recommended!

Great mouse, quite big but still a bit too small for me. Glides with almost no resistance. Beautiful bright RGB lighting that can also be set completely with iCue. The extra thumb rests are also very handy, it always saves you a return ticket to CoolBlue if you are looking for a nice mouse.
