Coolblue's customer service gets a big ten! Bought this new vacuum cleaner with the 'voucher'. Nice design, but much too weak materials if you are used to the more expensive version. Unfortunately, it also had flaws. So no more Nilfisk for me after this. Because also with this vacuum cleaner: a brush is already broken after the first use; that is of course not possible. Furthermore, the vacuum cleaner is significantly less powerful than the Eilite model and significantly less manoeuvrable. HEPA filter is good; do not suffer from stuffiness while vacuuming.
