We have been using it for a week now and everything works as it should. Setting up the vacuum cleaner was very easy and he quickly created a map of our house. The mopping also works well, although it is a pity that the supplied cloths are not washable. The app is pretty straightforward, but the first few times I sometimes had to shut it down and restart it to get everything working. What is annoying is that some of the parts have to be replaced after a while and that I have not yet found where you could buy these parts in the Netherlands. I just ordered these from China now, as well as a set of washable cloths.
