The WHOOP doesn't have a screen, so you're not distracted by your smartphone notifications. You can find all your information in the WHOOP app on your smartphone. In the morning, you'll receive a short report of your night and tips for a workout or walk. Just before you go to sleep, you get an overview of your day and see how much you moved and what your ideal bedtime is, for example. The tracker has a long battery life. With a full battery, it lasts up to 14 days without charging in between. You can adjust the included nylon wrist band yourself, so it fits around every wrist.
Note: WHOOP One is a yearly subscription. After a year, the subscription renews automatically. You then pay the subscription costs again.
