The included 4.0Ah battery and charger let you work anywhere, even when there's no socket nearby. The saw blade has a 160mm diameter, so you can saw boards up to 53mm thick. Tilt the machine and make miter cuts too. In that position, you can saw up to 36mm deep. If you follow the handy shadow line, you'll saw perfectly straight. The circular saw, battery, and charger are part of the Bosch POWER FOR ALL 18V battery platform. That means you can also use the battery on other tools and garden tools from the same platform.
