The Coolblue delivery service

Coolblue has been active in Germany since 2020. We deliver small and medium-sized packages nationwide quickly and free of charge. We currently deliver large household appliances and TVs of over 50 inches in selected regions. How we deliver in Germany

Want to see when and if we deliver to your location at a glance? You can find all the important information in this article. If you prefer to pick up your order yourself, you can have your product delivered to one of our stores. You can find us in Dortmund, Dusseldorf, Essen, Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg, Münster, and Hannover.

Small packages: delivered anywhere free of charge

Want to order a product that fits in a small package? With our free standard delivery for packages, you'll receive your new smartphone, laptop, or kitchen machine within 1 to 2 working days.

Medium-sized packages: delivered in 2 to 6 working days

Is your cooktop broken, or do you want to buy a new one? In North Rhine-Westphalia, order before 23:59 today and get it delivered tomorrow. In other regions, we deliver within 2 to 6 working days.

White goods: no nationwide delivery

At this time, we only deliver the following white goods and televisions in North Rhine-Westphalia, the greater Frankfurt and Hanover areas, Hamburg, and greater Stuttgart. Our own employees will deliver your product directly to your house in a blue delivery van and install it for you if necessary:

  • Fridges
  • Freezers
  • Dishwashers
  • Washing machines
  • Dryers
  • Washer dryer combinations
  • Televisions larger than 50 inches

Check your delivery with the postal code checker

Find out if we deliver white goods to you in 10 seconds. Just enter your postal code in the checker on the product page. This'll tell you know right away and save you time searching. Here's how it works:

  1. Preliminary check: click on "Check if we deliver to you" below the price of your favorite product.
  2. Postal code checker: the check is running. Once the check is complete, you'll see one of the following messages:
  • Good news: yay, we deliver to your address.
  • Please be patient: unfortunately, we don't deliver to your address at this time. But we're working on changing that soon.

We're growing steadily in Germany and rely on our own delivery network in North Rhine-Westphalia, the greater Frankfurt area, Hamburg, and the greater Stuttgart area. Here, our own delivery drivers will bring your product to your home in the blue delivery van and install it for you right away if necessary.
