How does bone conduction work?

With bone conduction earbuds, the contact points rest on your cheekbones. Via these contact points, the soundwaves go straight to your brain. That way, you ear canal remains free and you can hear the ambient noise clearly. That's nice when you're on a run and want to hear the traffic.

The difference between the Shokz OpenRun Pro 2, OpenRun Pro, and the OpenRun

At 12 hours, the Shokz OpenRun Pro 2 have a longer battery life than the Shokz OpenRun Pro and OpenRun. The Shokz OpenRun Pro 2 also have a newer generation of bone conduction, so the music sounds more balanced. The Shokz OpenRun have an IP67 rating, while the OpenRun Pro 2 and the OpenRun Pro have an IP55 rating. This makes the Shokz OpenRun more water and dustproof. The Shokz OpenRun Pro Mini has a smaller headband than the Shokz OpenRun Pro. The headband of the Shokz OpenRun Pro Mini is 23.5cm. This means it's 21mm smaller than the Shokz OpenRun Pro. As a result, the OpenRun Pro Mini is is suitable for people with a smaller head.

How do the Shokz OpenSwim work

With the Shokz OpenSwim, you can listen to music underwater. The earbuds are waterproof up to 2m deep. They have a built-in 4GB storage, which gives you space for over 1200 songs. You can put the songs on the Shokz OpenSwim via the built-in USB cable.
